Reservation Policy
Failure to Appear or Call (No Shows)
Failure to appear for your reservation without calling prior to your reserved drop off time will result in a charge to you for three days boarding or the dates that you had requested which ever is less. The kennel respects you as a client so upon your reservation confirmation we hold the room for your dog(s) and do not book it to another client. For that we reason, we must insist that without proper cancellation notice, you respect the booking you made and pay the no-show fee.
Exceptions for Holiday
A minimum of 96 hour (four day) advance notice is required on certain holidays for cancellations or reduction in reservation. Those holidays are Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the Fourth of July. For a cancellation without 96 hour advance notice on these holidays, the client will be charged for the original reservations dates.
